Since the Missing Britain site was started in August 2000 we have supplied many people with many goods all over the world. I've been meaning to write for a long time to thank you for your exceptionally prompt service. I received the teapot in Australia in perfect condition only four days after it was ordered - top marks to you and Royal Mail! The airmail option worked extremely well so you can rest assured that I will be ordering from you again when I next need a teapot.

Thanks again for taking the trouble to modify the website to allow for airmail service. None of the US suppliers were prepared to go to the trouble of actually providing good service and making other freight options available.
